Her responsibilities included implementing IAM solutions, monitoring cybersecurity systems, and managing access controls, SSO, MFA, and PKI concepts. She also collaborated with IAM developers and business units on audits, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. Prior to Infosys, she worked as an IT Helpdesk Engineer in Abu Dhabi and at Mideast in Pune, showcasing her expertise in IT support and cybersecurity practices antivirus solutions, and managing internet security software within the XXXX environment.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Her strongest technical skill lies in the domain of identity and access management. With approximately 5-6.5 years of experience, she has worked in the same domain for two leading banks, solidifying her expertise.
