Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Have been in the Telco industry for 7 years. Started off working with Huawei for three different projects, then later on joined XXXX as an NOC Engineer wherein he mostly provides services and support to customers for GPON/FTTH services. Started working in XXXX last 2020 as an ISP Planning Engineer where they worked with the new infrastructure of the company. Got promoted as an ISP Team Lead last 2021 and handles roughly 11 Engineers and 250 people including other contractors. In UAE, most of his experience is related to GPON networks, been in this for 1.5 years now.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill lies in GPON networks and DWDM platforms, says he has clear knowledge about these two. Recently did PMP as well. Rates himself a 3 out of 5 in DWDM, and for GPON a 4.5 out of 5 since he has a clear knowledge in this one.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has only experience in C++ development back in his studies. Only has experience in Excel database and is doing SAP for their project. Has knowledge in TCP/IP Communications. Have worked with outbound call systems/VoIP or UC Communication back in XXXX days.
