Started as an IT Engineer with XXXX way back in his country Syria. After that, moved to UAE and joined XXXX as an IT Administrator. Most of his responsibilities in both jobs are almost the same. He is mostly involved in configuring systems, switches, routers, and servers. Also, he usually monitors the whole systems. They also support about a hundred users in their technical issue, installing operating system and software.

Strongest skill would be virtualization technologies and also good with supporting users. Has also strong experience in configuring and installing servers. Has good experience in Active Directory and domain server/controller. Has started using virtualization technologies since the start of his career. Rates himself 3-4 out of 5 in using different virtualization technologies.

Has 4-5 years of experience in doing IT Support. Strong with Windows OS, MS Office, 365 applications, and different laptop/PC peripherals. Familiar and has knowledge with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, and has attended courses such as a CCNA. Strong with Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS as well.
