1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She studied software engineering and has accumulated 5 years of experience working in both backend development and product management. She began her career as a backend engineer, specializing in the .NET framework at XXXX, a company based in Dubai. In this role, she was responsible for writing clean and efficient code, creating test cases, performing unit tests, and ensuring the integration of the backend with the frontend team. She was also involved in troubleshooting and optimizing backend processes to improve system performance. During her time at her previous company, she successfully managed a team of six members, overseeing project development, delegating tasks, and ensuring deadlines were met. This experience allowed her to develop leadership and team management skills, in addition to deepening her technical expertise.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She describes her strongest skills as the ability to break down complex issues into smaller, manageable tasks, allowing her to solve problems systematically and efficiently. Her business analysis skills are also a key strength, as she can identify the core issues, evaluate potential solutions, and implement effective strategies. Depending on the issue at hand, she is capable of addressing problems quickly, such as resolving bugs within an hour or taking more time for more complex challenges. This adaptability allows her to handle a wide range of technical and business-related tasks with precision and focus.
3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?
She has over 5 years of experience in the industry and holds a degree in Software Engineering from Damascus University. Her approach to product development starts with visualizing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), followed by creating the database schema as the foundation for coding. She then works with the back-end and front-end teams to build the infrastructure and integrate the components. Regular meetings with clients ensure alignment throughout the process.
She is familiar with Agile methodologies, creating backlogs, writing user stories, and breaking tasks into smaller sub-tasks with estimations. The team holds daily stand-ups to track progress, and goals are set for each sprint, usually every two weeks, to achieve specific milestones. Although she doesn't have experience with blockchain and digital payments yet, she is planning to pursue certifications in product management to further enhance her skills.
