   She has 4 years of experience in the industry and recently moved to the UAE in December to explore job opportunities and career growth.  She completed her Master's in Computer Applications and started her career in 2020 as a Junior Analyst at XXXX in Europe. There, she provided end-to-end support to customers, specializing in L1 technical support. Her responsibilities included resolving technical issues, identifying root causes, and offering temporary solutions when necessary. She also worked at XXXX, a pharmaceutical company, as an Application Engineer, handling over 500 users, managing tickets through tools like IMS, ServiceNow, and Jira. She was the first point of contact for technical issues, resolving tickets within service level agreements (SLA).
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She is a certified Python programmer with expertise in database management, Microsoft tools, SQL queries, and Python programming. One of her key achievements and expertise was handling a critical server crash. She identified the root cause and restored the server within 2-3 hours, ensuring minimal disruption for customers

   In her previous role, she managed first-line support, troubleshooting networking issues, installing software, and resolving hardware problems. She effectively used a ticketing system to prioritize and address both single device and wide-area networking issues, escalating complex problems to the SAS team. While her prior company wasn't in warehouse supply chain, she gained experience supporting JK, a global company in the warehouse supply chain and e-commerce sectors, within the StackMax solution environment.
