   He has 10 years of experience in application support and software implementation, starting in the UAE's hospital industry, focusing on IT support for hardware, software, and EMR systems. He was involved in infrastructure modifications, device management, and served as Assistant IT Head, representing the local IT team. Since 2022, he has worked with an EMR application company managing service desk operations across multiple regions, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction. Earlier, he spent four years in India as an ERP Implementation Consultant, specializing in e-commerce solutions.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest technical skills currently relate to supporting electronic medical record (EMR) applications. His role involves providing comprehensive technical support across hardware, software, and application levels. He emphasizes consistent practice to maintain expertise, believing that skills can diminish without regular use.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has network-related experience troubleshooting connectivity issues from switches to end-user devices, such as laptops or computers, and addressing problems between switches and servers. This work was carried out in a previous organization at a hospital in Sharjah. While he is not a certified Cisco IT professional, he has gained extensive network experience, with over five years of hands-on work, primarily dealing with switch-level issues in a large hospital environment. Despite not having formal Cisco certification, he possesses strong expertise in network troubleshooting. However, he doesn’t worked in a Warehouse company.
