1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
After graduation, he started his career with XXXX under XXXX as a Technical Engineer where he was working for L2 support including on-calls, emails, and he’s the primary point of contact for XXXX engineers globally; he also supports different regions including Dubai, US, and Asia. After that, he moved to XXXX under XXXX as a Senior Technical Engineer where he worked with a team and stakeholders regarding production downtimes, root-cause analysis, and support their main banking applications. After some time, he moved to XXXX as a Technical Consultant where he was responsible for on boarding processes for new joiners, responsible for training them on doing root-cause analysis, and do consultation with his clients regarding technical parts of the system. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be his ability within customer interaction, troubleshooting, and just being engaged with clients globally. He is good in talking to clients, understanding what they need, and deliver what they require. On the soft skill part, he’s good with communication and can bridge the business and technical side of things.
