   He has a strong background in development and R&D, which equipped him with valuable technical skills. This experience allows him to communicate effectively with customers, simplifying technical concepts when engaging with top executives like CEOs and directors. Initially facing challenges in client-facing roles 9-10 years ago, he gradually adapted to the dynamics of the UAE market and now successfully manages demanding clients such as Etisalat.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience with AWS and holds an AWS certification, though he is not specifically experienced with Oracle Fusion. However, he is familiar with Oracle Fusion's similar offerings in ERP and CRM systems. Currently, he is developing use cases that integrate CRM with customer-facing interfaces. He is skilled in CRM and cloud-based Oracle Fusion applications, and his AWS certification helps him understand the underlying infrastructure. He emphasizes that concepts across vendors like Oracle, Amazon, Microsoft, and Google are similar.
