1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has around 20 years of ERP implementation experience, starting his career in India as an programmer before moving to Saudi Arabia, where he spent over two decades working in cities like Riyadh and Jeddah. His early ERP experience began in the motor vehicle inspection sector, later expanding into the perfume industry, where he worked with Microsoft Dynamics GP, then progressing through various versions of the Dynamics suite, including Dynamics 365. He worked as a project manager for XXXX, overseeing ERP implementations across multiple entities, including manufacturing and service models using Dynamics 365 and IScala. Later, he transitioned to XXXX, where he continued implementing Dynamics 365 for their retail and real estate entities in Saudi Arabia, focusing on project accounting, SCM, and finance modules. 
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His expertise is strong, particularly as he leads an ongoing project involving ACM and finance models for the entertainment sector, focusing on asset management. The current project integrates SEM and GL functionalities, showcasing his solid knowledge and experience in finance, particularly within ACM project accounting. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Throughout his career, he has led seven full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations across multiple industries. He started his career over 20 years ago as a Visual Basic programmer before transitioning to AS/400 programming. While he has a background in X++ coding, his current role focuses more on supervision than hands-on development. He oversees a colleague working with X++ and Visual Studio, ensuring smooth third-party system integrations, such as linking a cinema system to the general ledger. His experience helps him understand complex coding, assist teams with integrations, and support customers with customizations while managing projects and guiding his team effectively.
