1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 3.5 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer and holds a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering. His career began as an electronics engineer before transitioning into IT roles, including IT Executive, Network Administrator, and System Administrator. Currently, he works in a glass manufacturing company, managing a small ERP system and handling data architecture. As the sole IT team member, he is responsible for server, system, and network management. Previously, he worked in India in an IT support role for a website hosting department, serving international clients.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in system administration. He is highly skilled in handling upgrades, hardware issues, and domain account setup. He is also proficient in networking but acknowledges that there is still more to learn in advanced networking, particularly in deep networking.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 3 and a half years in IT supporting and Networking. In networking, his experienced includes configuring routers and switches to allocate static IPs and restores them to dynamic IPs, ensuring devices like network printers and banking service devices are properly connected. To prevent network disruptions, he separates static and dynamic IPs to avoid overlap. While he hasn't worked in a warehouse company, he currently works in a glass processing unit, managing automated machinery connected to the network for data feeding and operational management.
