1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has three years of IT experience and currently serves as an IT Manager. With a BS in Computer Science specializing in networking, he has over four years of experience in the UAE, including a role as Senior IT Engineer. His expertise spans configuring Cisco routers and switches, managing IP telephony systems like Grandstream, working with CCTV systems, and configuring Outlook. He began his IT career in year 2021 and previously contributed to a COVID-19 project with XXXX, focusing on fiber optic connectivity and router configuration for small-scale projects.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include technical expertise in areas such as Azure clouding and Cisco technologies. In his first job in UAE, he configured CCTV cameras and set up PABX systems, including IP telephony. He also configured email addresses and resolved various IT-related issues for clients, often visiting them directly to provide on-site solutions. Additionally, he has experience working with firewalls.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   In his first job in UAE, he configured the CCTV cameras. He also configured the PABX for IP telephony, set up email addresses, and resolved all IT-related issues for clients. Previously, he needed to visit clients to address their IT concerns. Additionally, he has experience with the Fortinet firewall. He is currently works in the warehouse field but he is mainly in the technical position.
