   He has over 19 years of IT experience, holding a Master's in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology, along with certifications like ISMS Lead Auditor, HBIE, IPIP, and various Cisco and Microsoft credentials. Since 2008, he has been the IT Manager at XXXX International University, overseeing IT helpdesk management for over 20,000 students and 4,000 employees across Islamabad and Dubai. He leads a team of 30+ professionals, managing IT operations, centralized inventory, and environmental management using open-source tools. His role includes organizing IT events, maintaining G Suite, Office 365, OneDrive, and overseeing SAP-based ERP operations. He also manages a network of 300+ switches, a compliant data center with 150+ VMs, and an in-house Hospital Information Management System supporting university hospitals.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His major skill is network administration and IT management. He introduced the Spiceworks help desk system and provided training to students, employees, and teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, he oversees his IT team managing the help desk system, using various techniques to reduce backlogs and ensure efficient service for students and customers.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   In his previous role, he manages a centralized network infrastructure with 300+ switches across all campuses, connected to the main location via P2P links. A compliant data center hosts over 100 Windows VMs and 50 Linux VMs, supporting critical applications through a centralized system. He has developed a PST data center and has extensive experience configuring and managing network devices, including switches, firewalls, and Internet access management devices. From day one, he provided IT support and gradually progressed to a managerial role. Currently, he leads the team but started as a team member responsible for network configuration and troubleshooting. He is open to questions about network connectivity and other relevant topics.
