   He has strong expertise in cloud-based applications and IT operations. In his previous role at a US-based company, BM Clinical Research, he managed multiple cloud-based applications, including Label IO, providing remote assistance to users and resolving technical issues. He also supervised live chat support and helpdesk services across various platforms, ensuring users received proper resolutions.
