In his previous role, he was responsible for creating tickets using IT ticketing systems and managing help desk operations, including software and hardware support. 
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include fixing software issues such as resolving blue screen errors and resetting passwords. He is also proficient in troubleshooting program configurations and installations. Additionally, he is skilled in user management, including creating users and managing licenses, such as user rewards and license grants.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has extensive experience with software installation, configuration, and network issue troubleshooting, as well as managing Office 365 environments. Additionally, he has advanced knowledge in IT asset management, including software such as Broadcom and handling hardware like laptops.
