1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 7 years of experience in the IT industry and is currently working as an IT Supervisor at a hotel. In this role, he manages all infrastructure-related tasks and provides assistance where needed. He oversees the internal infrastructure, which includes switches, two core switches, a firewall, and 18 servers running various applications. The hotel has more than 500 employees and approximately 350 workstations. 
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills mainly in technical field especially in IT, from Windows Server and networking environments.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has a strong background in managing Windows Server 2012, 2018, and 2022, along with experience in working with firewalls and Wi-Fi controllers. He has gained expertise in endpoint security and cybersecurity. He has also participated in the IT operations during the FIFA 2022 event in Qatar, handling all IT-related requirements, including Italy's hosting. His experience extends to handling CCTV cameras, networking, and Wi-Fi controller switches.
