    He has 4 years of experience in the IT industry and graduated with a degree in Information Technology from Sri Lanka. He is currently working with XXXX in UAE. His experience includes providing first and second-level support for users and office systems. Additionally, he is responsible for creating email accounts for users. He has knowledge of SQL-based queries and has worked with Power BI. He possesses basic knowledge of Office 365.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest technical skills include coordinating large-scale projects and project management. He is skilled at completing tasks within deadlines and resolving project issues in line with SLA requirements.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He works in a XXXX, which operates as a manufacturing and warehouse company that produces and sells chips, as an IT support his tasks involve resolving issues related to networks, mobile phones, hardware and software installations, and training users on PC applications. He also manages user accounts, permissions, access rights, and provides remote support. He also has experience troubleshooting Honeywell printers and using platforms like ServiceNow and Confluence.  He has experience with basic networking troubleshooting, including tasks like installing network equipment, identifying and replacing faulty cables, and replacing routers, hard drives, and RAM cards. He has a strong understanding of IP networks, such as SIP, DHCP, and DNS.
