His responsibilities include addressing technical issues related to PCs, networks, and printers.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills is in technical expertise, and he is now focusing on developing System Administrator skills. Currently, he is involved in deploying Windows Updates using Desktop Central.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He supported various scenarios in networking, addressing a wide range of issues. For instance, he worked with IP phones and resolved network-related challenges, including connectivity for laptops, Wi-Fi, and printers.
