Previously, he worked as an IT executive at an exchange bureau, where his main responsibilities involved troubleshooting and supporting hardware, networking, and software-related issues.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include the installation and configuration of various Windows systems, including Windows 10. He is experienced in data backup and recovery, as well as configuring email systems, such as Microsoft 365 Outlook and Outlook Express. He is proficient in managing Active Directory and configuring AG DNS, DHCP, and GPU services. Additionally, he provides support for Internet service provider issues and handles system-related tasks efficiently. He is open to training for any other office-related systems and is capable of providing support as needed.
