1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has seven years of IT experience, including six years in India and the past year in Dubai. Starting as a desktop support engineer, he later transitioned to antivirus support and has since focused on various IT support roles. Currently working in the hospital domain, he provides L2 and L3 support for systems, email, Office licensing, printers, and basic networking. His responsibilities include managing tickets, adhering to SLAs, and interacting with users via email, Teams, or in person. For unresolved issues, he escalates them to higher-level teams with detailed updates on troubleshooting efforts.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills would be in taking charge of challenging situations and managing tasks, particularly in basic IT support, including troubleshooting desktop, system, and printer issues. He also successfully led a team of three to four members, showcasing his strong leadership and team management skills.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   At his previous organization, he provided server support by monitoring database servers, checking memory utilization, and coordinating with the database administration team as needed.
