Reporting directly to the CEO, he manages multiple projects, coordinates issue resolution, and ensures smooth product operations.

   His experience is in IT project management, IT support, and business analysis. Recently certified as a professional business analyst from XXXX University, UAE, his strongest skills include a solid understanding of technology, though he views it as just one aspect of his expertise.
