1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 6 years of experience in network and IT support, currently focusing on on-site support and endpoint security. Certified in Fortinet and pursuing CCNA, he collaborates with two major UAE companies, one in construction. He has also worked on projects involving TV and decoder installations and biometric integration with servers.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has over two years of experience in user access (UA) and more than six years in oral communication. Skilled in networking troubleshooting at the level 2 support, he can handle issues like DNS blockages and troubleshoot for up to 5 hours. 
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Currently, his duties at the construction company included setting up office sites, managing PCs and servers, and providing helpdesk support. Currently, he handles Level 2 support tasks like managing Office 365 accounts, backups, and maintaining Dell servers and CCTV systems with over 500 cameras. For his current company, it primarily focuses on manufacturing and trading. He believes it falls under the supply chain category. Essentially, the company sources items from around the globe, builds aircraft, and sells them to common clients. He is experienced in creating firewall policies, VLANs, and VPNs. On the endpoint security side, he is familiar with CrowdStrike and can work with any company-specific applications. Currently, he works in a small team with a system administrator, and they are building a cybersecurity team.
