1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is an IT engineer from Nepal who started his career in 2018 as an IT support engineer. Initially, he served as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, assisting employees and vendors through phone calls, emails, in-person visits, and remote access. His responsibilities included troubleshooting application issues, computer hardware and peripheral problems, networking concerns, and other technical challenges.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include troubleshooting and providing support for non-technical users from hardware, software, to network-related issues. Currently, he is expanding his expertise in cybersecurity to enhance his capabilities in the field.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been with the same company for around 10 years, working in networking and end-user suppor. In addition to providing support, he maintained documentation, recorded inventory, documented solutions, and suggested process improvements and he have to monitor the system performance overall system performance and troubleshooting, technical problem in this servers upgrading and patching the servers upgrades. His experience includes configuring switches, routers, firewalls, LAN, and WLAN settings. He is currently a network administrator.
