   He has over 14 years of industry experience, with a background in Computer Application and Computer Hardware and Networking. For the past 13 years, he has been providing hardware support at XXXXX, supporting both external customers and in-house IT. His responsibilities include installation and troubleshooting of operating systems such as Windows NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, and Ubuntu Linux, as well as installation and maintenance of Lenovo laptops and desktops, specializing in the Lenovo Think series.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include hardware technical expertise, such as OS and Office 365 installations. He is proficient in troubleshooting, particularly for Windows systems. Additionally, he has experience with router and access point installations. He handles customer issues remotely, providing support through remote troubleshooting and resolving software-related problems
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has limited knowledge in networking. He handles tasks like configuring printers, setting IP addresses, and performing basic installations.
