In addition to his current role, he also takes on freelance projects related to IT asset management. Presently, he works as an IT consultant for a solutions provider that offers corporate IT training, specializing in Microsoft technologies. His main focus is on Microsoft 365 projects, particularly within the Indian market.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills lie in Microsoft 365 products, as he currently provides technical support for end users, educates customers on product usage, and offers guidance on best practices for productivity and collaboration. He holds certifications including MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator), ITIL 4 Foundation in IT Service Management, Microsoft Certified SC-900, and AZ-900.. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
