1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 2.6 years of experience in the IT industry and holds a bachelor's degree in communication and electronics engineering since 2021. His first role began in April 2022 as an IT Helpdesk Engineer in the retirement industry. He worked on a national startup project in cooperation with the XXXX and XXXX, XXXX, supporting a maritime terminal in Egypt. His responsibilities included end-user support, creating users in Azure, securing devices through Autopilot, and managing Microsoft 365 administration. During the startup phase, he worked on infrastructure setup, including cable preparation, switch installation, fiber splicing, and server maintenance. Post-startup, he provided IT support through a ticketing system, handling issues via email, walkie-talkie, or calls. He managed Active Directory, reset passwords, enforced security policies, and supported IT assets, including cranes and trucks. Additionally, he installed cameras, attendance systems, and access control machines.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest experience was with a startup project, which was not a typical company or work environment. He has encountered various challenges common in startups, making the process difficult. His key strengths include effective communication with teams and departments, as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   His primary role was as a Technical Support or Help Desk Engineer, but his responsibilities also included assisting network engineers and system administrators. He worked with Active Directory, DHCP services, user account management, and network configurations, including IP and DNS settings. Additionally, he supported network engineers in tasks such as connecting switches, splicing fiber, and mounting switches in racks. However, he was not responsible for creating policies or configurations for switches.
