1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has four years of experience in the IT field. He graduated with a degree in Psychology of Computer Information, majoring in Computer Science, in 2019. His IT support experience spans approximately three years in Egypt and one year in Dubai. In Egypt, he worked for one and a half years as an IT Administrator in a military hospital, handling server and data center operations, network software, and vendor coordination for hardware procurement. He then worked for Telecom Egypt, managing network cables and providing end-user support for software and hardware issues. In Dubai, he has been with XXXX  for about a year, managing IT Helpdesk support, hardware/software troubleshooting, asset management, and cabling for site connectivity. Additionally, he handles Microsoft 365 administration and has implemented various Zoho platforms, such as Zoho Recruit, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Sign, and Zoho People, enhancing operations for HR, accounting, and procurement.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills is in development, as he was previously a programmer, giving him expertise in handling web applications. He conducted self-study on the app and began implementing organizational workflows across all departments in his current company. He is a strong mobile application developer with four years of experience, including expertise in Flutter development. While his current role is as an Administrative Officer, he is also familiar with ITIL practices. His programming background and proficiency in various tools make it easy for him to adapt to new technologies and applications.

   Prior to criteria in networking, his work primarily focused on system engineering, security, and the basics of networking.
