1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 14 years of experience in the IT field, currently working for a corporate hospital and the XXXX. For the past five years, he has been an IT Support Engineer, reporting to the Team Lead in the XXXX. He works under XXXX but directly coordinates with over 200 colleagues in his region, handling team coordination and meetings. His responsibilities include 24/7 hospital support, addressing emergencies, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Previously, he worked on projects with XXXX for FAB and MBD, managing migration, application, and hardware support. He also supported customers at XXXX under XXXX, focusing on network maintenance, system activities, and application support. In 2015, he worked in Dubai as an IT Administrator, supporting an exhibition company, including the XXXX and XXXX, meeting clients and planning IT requirements. He also gained GCC experience, including in Qatar, working as a document controller for CDC and supporting gas companies. Additionally, he has payroll experience under XXXX and XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is a quick learner and is always eager to learn whenever faced with challenges. If he encounters any issues, he prefers to understand the problem thoroughly rather than taking shortcuts.
