His daily tasks include supporting staff and installing various network devices like Cisco routers, Huawei routers, and Cisco switches. He also provides end-user support, troubleshooting errors, resolving network issues, and handling printer installations and services. Additionally, he supports users with static and dynamic IP addresses. He is also responsible for supporting CCTV cameras, intercoms, and installing different Microsoft servers. He holds certifications in Microsoft and Huawei support.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skill is troubleshooting network devices and system devices. He is capable of resolving internet issues, where different devices do not communicate with each other. He can easily troubleshoot, configure, and provide end-user support. His top skill is being a quick learner. He can manage a team, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a group.
