1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. He worked in Dubai for around nine years before moving back to Pakistan, where he continues to work with a company serving US-based clients. He currently serves as a team lead, managing a team of 12 agents located across the globe. His core responsibilities include overseeing the company's production environment hosted in the US Data Center. Now, he is looking to move back to the UAE for new opportunities.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest expertise is in managing systems, particularly servers. He has extensive experience working with Windows and networks, including multiple firewalls. Currently, he is managing PF Sense Firewall and holds certifications such as AWS Certification and Microsoft Certification. At present, he oversees the company's main account on AWS, where he manages the infrastructure. He ensures different departments have access to their required resources by creating logins and implementing specific policies. Additionally, he is responsible for tasks such as backups, creating, deleting, and managing all aspects of the AWS production environment.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has extensive experience in networking and IT support, including his tenure in Dubai where he provided on-site services for clients, addressing issues such as network downtime and server updates. He was instrumental in setting up new sites, managing server and firewall locations, and ensuring efficient planning, primarily for money exchange businesses like City Exchange. Earlier in his career, he worked as an IT support agent at XXXX, resolving user issues related to printers, internet speed, and software malfunctions. Over time, he advanced to a team lead role, managing a 24/7 team. He creates rosters, assigns shifts, and oversees ticket distribution via a ticketing system, ensuring efficient issue resolution and transparency for both management and stakeholders.
