1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over six years of experience in the IT industry. He is currently working in IT at Century Financial Dubai , where his daily responsibilities include managing servers, both on-premises and Azure-based, as well as providing end-user support, he manages various IT-related tasks, including maintaining firewalls and devices, though these are not part of his daily activities. He handles maintenance tasks and provides support for end-user issues, such as internet, firewall, switches, and setup problems. He has extensive knowledge of FortiGate firewalls, switches, IP phones, APs, and access control for rack devices. Additionally, he works with Microsoft Control and manages a network with various components, including Meraki APs and Cisco firewalls. The setup includes a mix of brands across different branches, such as Cisco and Aruba switches, with FortiGate firewalls of different series. He effectively oversees the entire network infrastructure.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in Office 365, where he is highly proficient. He is also skilled in Azure Active Directory (AAD), firewall management, and networking. He has developed expertise in these areas to effectively manage his responsibilities. Being well-rounded in all these technical aspects is essential for him to function as an IT administrator. His approach focuses on problem-solving and adaptability rather than claiming expertise.

   He has diverse experience in IT field, currently he manages the IT operations for 400 end users across multiple branches, including offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, India, and London, alongside a small team of three. His responsibilities encompass all aspects of IT, from day-to-day operations to large-scale migrations. For example, he recently managed the migration from Cisco telephony systems, taking charge of configurations, IVR setups, and other tasks, apart from the initial gateway setup.  He has around 4 years exposure in Networking although he is not focused on that area
