1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has eight years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, primarily focused on logistics and supply chain management. He began his career at XXXX, a well-known company in Dubai, where he worked as a planning and project engineer, overseeing HVAC (heat, ventilation, and air conditioning) projects. His responsibilities included planning, project management, and execution. After gaining initial experience at XXXX, he pursued a Master’s in Management Engineering from a reputed European university in Milan, specializing in supply chain management. His master's thesis focused on supply chain management, including case studies on Amazon and Flipkart. Following his studies, he transitioned into the 3PL logistics and supply chain sector, joining his first company as an OTM consultant. Over the past six years, he has specialized in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), working extensively in logistics and transportation management. Currently, as a senior consultant leading a team of five, he has been involved in multiple full-cycle implementations and support roles. 
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His expertise extends beyond IT, as he has worked closely with carriers and service providers, handling onboarding, training, and issue resolution. Additionally, he has been involved in logistics operations at a ground level, managing documentation, software testing, and project rollouts. But his skill is diversification, having worked with multinational citizens, vendors, and service providers. With nearly six years of study in Italy, he has gained global exposure and is not restricted to a specific geography or location. He possesses strong negotiation and communication skills, effectively engaging with carriers, clients, and customers. Over time, he has refined these abilities and is also a Certified Scrum Master, capable of handling teams efficiently.
