1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has around 10 years of experience as an IT Support, before he worked in XXXX in India and he was a support lead in customers and agents as well. He also dealing with account support. He was also worked as a Performance Analyzer or report analyst. He worked as a performance and report analyst , supporting managers, directors, and the Vice President. His role involved sending reports, auditing agent calls, identifying documentation errors, and escalating critical issues under a zero-tolerance policy. He also analyzed repeat repair cases and collaborated with clients through weekly calibration calls to assess agent performance and provide feedback. Previously, he was an IT support specialist at XXXX, starting as an L1 agent before advancing to L2. He troubleshot networking, Mac, and mobile issues via remote tools like LogMeIn, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. As an L2 technician, he handled escalations, resolving complex issues for customers and partner clients such as Verizon, Optimum, Cox, AT&T, and Bell Canada.
