1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 2.7 years of experience in L1 and L2 technical support, he began his career in May 2020 at XXXX, initially as a Dispatch Coordinator and later as a Deployment Supervisor, troubleshooting IT software issues for Canadian clients. In January 2024, he joined XXXX through 70 Solutions as a Senior Analyst, addressing IT issues for a U.S. client. By September 2024, he transitioned to XXXX as a Senior Analyst, managing IT queues and troubleshooting issues with increased control over software configurations.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He excels in problem-solving, particularly when it comes to addressing issues related to network and software operations within the office. He dives into problems and works towards finding the most accurate and timely resolution. His passion working with servers, networks, and company software, ensuring all IT-related issues are resolve.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   On his current company, part of his networking experience when there was a network glitch while attempting to send files between servers, and the transfer was being blocked. The service center system was checked, and an issue was found in the registries. The coding team was involved in identifying and resolving the problem. It turned out the IP was blocked due to a recent code installation. After clearing the IP and updating the registry, the issue was resolved. Previously, he worked for a logistics company, where he managed scheduling and kept records of stock and dispatches in the warehouse using software.
