She spent four years with XXXX before transitioning to XXXX as a Technical Support Specialist. At XXXX was brief due to the project ending and limited opportunities for continuation at that time. He then moved from XXXX to XXXX under a third-party vendor contract for 11 months, working as a Senior IT Analyst. After XXXX, she transitioned to a contract basis company and currently continues in a support role with the company.

   She has strong IT skills, particularly in ServiceNow, a ticketing tools. With six years of experience in IT support, she has worked in various roles and platforms, focusing on troubleshooting network-related issues. Her responsibilities included being the first point of contact for users, assisting with router, firewall, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues, and resolving user concerns effectively. She gained significant experience in managing and troubleshooting network problems, building expertise in user support and issue resolution.
