1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 20 years of experience in the IT field and is originally from Jordan. He worked in Dubai for a construction company where he was responsible for managing IT operations and handling computers. The company had around 200 to 250 PCs, and he was responsible for overseeing IT systems and networks during various construction projects. These projects involved road construction, with new project locations every two to three years. He ensured the setup and maintenance of computers and networking infrastructure at different project sites, including locations in Abu Dhabi. His responsibilities included handling IT-related tasks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing emails, and resolving technical problems. Additionally, he was involved in managing and leading the IT team to ensure smooth operations.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are his technical expertise in computers. He has a passion for working with computers and finds joy in solving technical issues. He is highly motivated by challenges, enjoys identifying problems, and feels encouraged to find solutions. He is always curious, constantly searching and analyzing to understand why issues occur and how to resolve them.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience in networking, having worked extensively in this field with a total of 18 years of experience. His background includes working with Server 2003 and Windows 2003, managing firewalls for computers, and sharing information between departments and the main office. He has also managed shared files for departments such as AutoCAD and engineering, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. He is skilled in managing domain Active Directory, setting up internet permissions, and working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS, LAN administration, and Ethernet.
