   He has 10 years of experience in IT, with a background in telecommunication engineering from a university in Pakistan. He began his career at XXXX as a CSR before moving to XXXX, where he managed Microsoft Infrastructure deployment, prepared technical documents, and provided support for Microsoft products like Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Defender security. At XXXX, he led several projects, including a major initiative with Microsoft and the XXXX of Pakistan, transitioning over 150 education institutes to Office 365. After 5-6 years, he joined XXXX as a senior consultant, managing global services, deploying Intune, and leading the transition from SCCM to Intune for over 3,000 users. He also worked with clients in Germany and Saudi Arabia on Intune and Active Directory management.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
