He oversaw headquarters operations, managing end-user support through a ticketing system (BMC), and is currently involved in the migration to ServiceNow. Additionally, he handled remote desktop support through RDP and provided technical assistance to VIP users, including the CEO's office. He managed a group of 15 VIP users, ensuring their technical needs were met efficiently.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is skilled in managing complex user-related issues and takes ownership, especially for high-priority tickets. He excels in client relations, collaborating with other teams when needed to resolve issues. He ensures solutions are completed and delivered effectively. Recently, he earned a cloud certification and is working towards further certifications to advance to a cloud architect role.
