   He has 9 years of experience as a Data Support Engineer, starting in 2015 and continuing until 2022. He holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from XXXX Institute of Engineering and Technology. Recently, he worked at XXXX, and XXXX as support analysis engineer where he was responsible for assembling desktops according to user needs, troubleshooting desktops and notebooks (all brands), installing, repairing, and troubleshooting operating systems (all versions of Windows), configuring and troubleshooting printers and scanners, assigning permissions to shared folders, and maintaining network devices.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include configuring Outlook and troubleshooting various software and network issues. He is proficient in administering inventory items and configuring printers and routers. Additionally, he is experienced in handling remote systems and managing multiple locations effectively.
