1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has four years of experience in server and desktop support, starting with remote desktop support in XXXX. At XXXX, he managed Windows Server issues for internal users, handling tickets and escalating as needed. As a Windows Administrator at XXXX, he oversaw Windows Server 2019 for about 200 users, managing accounts and enforcing policies via Active Directory and Group Policy Management. In 2023, he moved to Dubai and joined XXXX, where he manages Windows and Linux servers, Fortinet firewalls, system backups with Veeam Backup & Replication, telephony systems, and Hikvision CCTV monitoring.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He described his strongest technical skills as being in system administration, particularly managing Windows systems, including both client and server environments. His expertise extends to Microsoft Office 365, where he manages company emails and various applications under the platform. While networking isn't his primary focus, he handles firewall management and is eager to expand his knowledge in that area.
