   He has over 7 years of experience in the IT industry. Originally from Sri Lanka, he previously lived in Dubai, Al Barsha, before returning to Sri Lanka due to family matters. He will be back in Dubai next week. His IT support experience spans over five years, working with both startups and multinational companies like MCS Computer Systems and M Tech Engineering. He has primarily worked with Microsoft 365 administration, network support, and software support for banking clients. Additionally, he has experience working with generic systems to support end users and clients.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skill would be his technical skills especially in supporting MS365 and application support. 
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has over 7 years of experience in networking, IT support, and software development. At XXXX a startup warehouse company, he managed IT operations and warehouse inventories, despite limited resources. Previously, he worked at XXXX as a network support engineer, configuring routers and managing network operations. Later, at XXXX, he supported banking clients' networks, collaborating with the team to implement devices and improve security.
