   He has 10 years of experience in IT, with expertise in network management, servers, and end-user support. He has worked across various IT fields, including roles as a project coordinator and manager. His most recent position was as an IT manager at XXXX, followed by a role at a startup in Dubai, where he helped build the IT system before the company closed. After a short-term position at XXXX, he joined In XXXX, where he provides layer 1 and 2 IT support to global clients. His responsibilities include supporting end users, managing devices, and using a ticketing system to track requests and monitor SLAs.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is highly adaptable, regularly supporting new clients and quickly learning their needs and processes. He creates roadmaps to understand client procedures and policies, which enhances his flexibility in handling various scenarios. His ability to listen effectively helps him understand technical issues, especially when users may struggle to explain them clearly.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Currently, in his company they had a small warehouse, but before that, he had clients with large manufacturing operations. They required fiber optics to ensure network coverage across all sites and to support surveillance systems, ensuring everything was functioning properly.  He supported remote users through secure remote access technologies (VPN) and provided assistance with connectivity issues and software installations.
