   He has over two and a half years of experience in the IT industry. Currently based in Canada, he completed a course in Information Technology Business Analysis from XXXX College. He is working as a Technical Support Advisor at XXXX, handling a challenging USPS project in collaboration with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. His responsibilities include assisting users with software installations, power resets, and network-related issues. Additionally, he is involved in networking support and works as a supervisor at XXXX on a part-time basis.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include handling automation and networking aspects while assisting thousands of customers daily. He addresses issues related to network connectivity, software installation, and password resets. Currently, he is working on an AUS project for his company, managing various technical concerns.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He currently works in tech support, assisting customers with password resets, especially those who have forgotten their credentials. He informs them about password criteria, including the need for a capital letter, special symbols, and avoiding the use of their first or last name for security reasons. He advises customers to write down their passwords for easy recall and never to share them. Additionally, he warns customers about spam messages, phishing emails, and scams, advising them not to click on suspicious links or share personal information. When verifying customers, he only asks for their first and last names, avoiding sensitive details like account or social insurance numbers. He also provides support for network issues by checking IP configurations. While he has experience handling such tasks in the past, another department currently manages them, but he is open to refreshing his skills if needed especially in networking.
