2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Her strongest technical skills is n troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of issues. She does not follow the same flow for every problem but strives to find quicker solutions for the customer or user. To resolve issues effectively, she focuses on identifying the root cause, even before the user reports the problem.
