Throughout his career, he has focused primarily on support roles, particularly in networking and IT support. He has also worked in more technical areas, including SQL, cloud technologies, and system configuration. In his previous roles, he was responsible for various IT support functions and technical tasks. 
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has strong knowledge in networking and experience in service desk support roles. His expertise includes working with SQL, Azure, AWS Cloud, and on-premise servers, along with troubleshooting and handling on-prem devices and cloud infrastructure setup. These are his key technical skills.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   In his recent organization, he had the opportunity to set up the infrastructure, including routers and switches, and configure devices. He was also responsible for assigning systems to employees. He has around three and a half years of relevant experience in networking.
