He has prior experience in troubleshooting end users issues by using ticketing systems such as ITSM tools like ServiceDesk Plus, he ensures smooth issue resolution and other various tools, including ADSM, and understands how to prioritize and resolve requests from users whether remotely or on-site when necessary. He also handling network operations across three organizations. His responsibilities include on-site basic troubleshooting for network issues, such as checking routers, switches, cable connections, port configurations, and IP status. If the issue persists, he escalates it to the network team and coordinates remotely to ensure quick resolution. He also supporting VPN to client System including Pulse Secure, and Fortinet Client VPN. Previously, he worked on a three-month contract in a warehouse role at XXXX in Jebel Ali, overseeing operations related to production, quality, and logistics. After completing the contract, he pursued a more permanent position, leading to his current role.
