   He has five years of experience in IT, starting in Egypt, where he provided technical support for over 3,000 users. He also worked as an on-site system and IP support engineer, assisting more than 100 clients with IT audits, configurations, and communication systems. He supported network devices and Wi-Fi solutions for construction projects.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   When he worked in an IT solutions company, he was responsible for dealing with various network devices and manufacturers. He emphasized the importance of having a unified system, particularly in relation to server experience, with a focus on big servers. He also highlighted his knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
