1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 6 years of experience in IT field, working in IT support on a contractor basis. He provided technical support to VIP profiles, including executives and directors, offering services to partners and key stakeholders. His responsibilities included handling L2 and L3 tickets, addressing issues escalated from the L1 department when the desktop engineers were unable to resolve them. He worked in a ticket-based system, ensuring that all issues were addressed in accordance with business requirements.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include problem-solving, particularly in policy resolution. He has experience as a freelancer in content creation and moderation, where he gained expertise in technical writing. This experience was applied to technology and life documentation, including creating FAQs, knowledge base articles, and ticketing systems for issue resolution.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
