1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 4 years of experience in the IT field. In his previous roles at XXXX, he worked as a System Engineer, supporting international clients. His responsibilities included assisting users with laptop issues, primarily related to Outlook and Office 365. He managed support for approximately 10 users per client and utilized team tools to handle support requests. His tasks involved resolving incidents, resetting user passwords, recovering data, and backing up systems when issues like Outlook crashes occurred. In addition, he provided application-level support for firewalls, switches, and VoIP systems. He primarily supported users in India, addressing desktop-related issues and hardware changes. 
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills includes interacting with end users, even those who are difficult or arrogant. He emphasizes the importance of patience and politeness when addressing user concerns, as these are critical skills in IT support. Regardless of the user's tone or attitude, he focuses on maintaining professionalism, resolving issues efficiently, and managing tasks promptly to deliver the best possible support experience. He is experienced in handling PC, Desktop and any IT Hardware issues.
