   He has over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in end-user support and on-site support for Cascade machines. He remotely accesses systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues, including checking email connectivity, repairing corrupted files, and reconfiguring software like Outlook. He also ensures printers are properly connected to the network by pinging the IP address. For Windows-related issues, he troubleshoots and, if necessary, re-installs the operating system. He also monitors system statuses using a monitoring tool, addressing any device-related issues. Complaints typically come through email or the tele system, and he follows up to ensure the problem is resolved.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in the Windows operating system, along with good knowledge of Windows Server, group policy, Active Directory, network printers, and basic network troubleshooting. His role revolves in IT support field, in his current company he is expert in providing remote assistance for users facing issues such as network connectivity, email, and printer problems.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
