1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He us currently in Dubai and looking for new opportunities there. His first job was at XXX where he joined as a sales executive and content uploader. What he did there actually was bring sales or products to the site which is an E-commerce platform where he sees the markets, cooperates, and get their products on site uploaded it on board. After that, he worked as an implementation and support where he started his career in IT. He worked in a business solutions company for the garments and make clothing’s for XXX and XXX Boss etc. and manufactured there. He said that he was on the quality management systems team where he work with users and developers and then quality assurance engineers. His tasks is to go to the factory and train the users to use the new develop software for the management system and he also needs to make sure that there are no bugs on the new version. He also worked as a business solution executive and they provide business solutions for corporate companies where they provide Internet, CCTVs, and cloud storage and some broadband packages and meets the clients. After that, he worked as an IT software support which they provide a retail and restaurant management system for supermarkets and restaurants, so in their there was a developing team and he was the IT software support and used to work with the developers and help testing the applications and used to worked with bot hardware and software. He has an experience supporting +2000 users in his previous job and have handled a team before as well. In his previous job, he had to support and then do the hardware repairs, purchasing, IT budgeting, and new software implementations. So whenever there is a requirement from the business team, he needs to check it and provide them a solutions.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He has more than 5 years of experience as an IT support and with basic knowledge when it comes to the installations and troubleshooting of the network devices like cisco routers, firewall, and switches. He has a solid experience as well in different Windows OS and SharePoint power apps, and other MS packages which is what he usually work in the daily basis.
